Social mitjan\u00e7ant el Sistema Xarxa directament amb este organisme. <\/p><p>Confecci\u00f3 i presentaci\u00f3, tamb\u00e9 a trav\u00e9s del programa Contracta, dels contractes que originen cada una de les altes dels treballadors, i enviament del justificant resultant de cada presentaci\u00f3. Assessorament sobre idone\u00eftat de model de contractaci\u00f3 per a cada nou empleat. <\/p><p>Tramitaci\u00f3 en les m\u00fatues d&#8217;accidents dels comunicats de baixa\/alta per malaltia i accident dels treballadors, ja siguen d&#8217;origen laboral o no. Execuci\u00f3 de la comunicaci\u00f3 dels comunicats d&#8217;accident sistem\u00e0ticament Delta.  <\/p><p>Confecci\u00f3 dels rebuts de salaris (n\u00f2mines) dels treballadors de l&#8217;empresa, enviant estes n\u00f2mines via telem\u00e0tica a l&#8217;adre\u00e7a de correu proporcionada pel client. Atenci\u00f3 de possibles incid\u00e8ncies i variacions de n\u00f2mina. Vigil\u00e0ncia d&#8217;actualitzaci\u00f3 de taules salarials i convenis aplicables, amb proposta d&#8217;incorporaci\u00f3 de cada actualitzaci\u00f3 en funci\u00f3 de les n\u00f2mines actuals.   <\/p><p>Confecci\u00f3 i presentaci\u00f3 dels documents de les quotes a la Seguretat Social via sistema XARXA, domiciliant el pagament en un compte facilitat pel client.<\/p><p>Sol\u00b7licitud de certificats d&#8217;estar al corrent en el pagament amb la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social via sistema xarxa.<\/p><p>Confecci\u00f3 de tots els documents necessaris en cas de cessament o acomiadament dels treballadors de l&#8217;empresa, certificats d&#8217;empresa, quitances, cartes de comunicaci\u00f3.<\/p><p>Estudi i presentaci\u00f3 de possibles subvencions, i bonificacions de les quals es pogueren beneficiar per la contractaci\u00f3 de treballadors.<\/p><p>Representaci\u00f3 davant el *SMAC en cas que fora necessaris per l&#8217;acomiadament improcedent d&#8217;algun treballador o reclamaci\u00f3 per qualsevol motiu de naturalesa laboral.<\/p><p>Estudi i confecci\u00f3 dels documents d&#8217;ingr\u00e9s a compte de l&#8217;I.R.P.F trimestrals, aix\u00ed com del resum anual d&#8217;estos pagaments. (Model 190). <\/p><p>Estudi i confecci\u00f3 dels certificats de retencions per a cada treballador, amb la finalitat que puguen realitzar la seua declaraci\u00f3 anual d&#8217;IRPF<\/p><p>Assessorament en tot el necessari, referent al pla laboral i de Seguretat Social. <\/p><p>Les subvencions es facturaran a part del mode seg\u00fcent: Una vegada identificada l&#8217;oportunitat d&#8217;accedir a una subvenci\u00f3, el client ser\u00e0 advertit d&#8217;aix\u00f2, establint-se el percentatge a facturar per part de l&#8217;assessoria nom\u00e9s en cas d&#8217;obtenci\u00f3 d&#8217;esta. Cada subvenci\u00f3 ser\u00e0 valorada en el seu percentatge en funci\u00f3 de la seua complexitat en el tr\u00e0mit i gesti\u00f3 d&#8217;esta, podent oscil\u00b7lar entre un 8% i un 15% de la quantia obtinguda finalment pel client.  <\/p><p><strong>HONORARIS PER A SOCIS <\/strong><\/p><p>\u00c0rea laboral.<\/p><p>Quota per cada treballador d&#8217;alta 16 euros\/mes.<\/p><p>No s&#8217;inclou l&#8217;assist\u00e8ncia a ju\u00ed laboral<\/p><p>La representaci\u00f3 enfront de *SMAC ser\u00e0 *minutada per acte amb uns honoraris de 90 euros.<\/p><p>Anualment els preus s&#8217;incrementaran en l&#8217;IPC corresponent.<\/p><p>S&#8217;inclouen en estos honoraris l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi i diagn\u00f2stic dels compliments en normativa laboral respecte d&#8217;obligacions com ara Prevenci\u00f3 de Riscos Laborals, Protecci\u00f3 de dades, Protocols d&#8217;assetjament, Assegurances obligat\u00f2ries per conveni col\u00b7lectiu, i qualsevol altra exig\u00e8ncia que per ra\u00f3 del sector d&#8217;activitat del client sorgisca com a necessari o recomanable.
