Adjuntem a continuaci\u00f3 un document elaborat per CONFEDECOM, el COLEFCV i GEPACV, a prop de la Resoluci\u00f3 de l’11 de Mar\u00e7 de 2021 de la Consellera de Sanitat Universal i Salut P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les entitats que subscriuen aquest document davant la RESOLUCI\u00d3 D’11 DE MAR\u00c7 DE 2021, DE LA CONSELLERA DE SANITAT UNIVERSAL I SALUT P\u00daBLICA<\/strong>, realitzem el seg\u00fcent comunicat perqu\u00e8 es valoren les seg\u00fcents consideracions amb car\u00e0cter d’urg\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Respecte de la pr\u00e0ctica esportiva, exposem que la pr\u00e0ctica esportiva popular i l’esport de base, ha de tindre el mateix tractament que l’activitat esportiva federada.<\/li>
  2. A m\u00e9s de l’esport de base, que hauria de tindre especial tractament i consideraci\u00f3, haurien de permetre’s els entrenaments i les competicions en totes les edats i categories, tal com es va sol\u00b7licitar en la taula de l’esport.<\/li>
  3. D’altra banda, i pel que fa a les activitats esportives dirigides a grups no podem m\u00e9s que mostrar la nostra completa disconformitat davant la reducci\u00f3 de les mateixes a grups de 4. Aquest criteri organitzatiu les fa inviables econ\u00f2micament, a m\u00e9s de que desconeixem la justificaci\u00f3 cient\u00edfica en la qual es basa.<\/li>
  4. Respecte als horaris publicats per a instal\u00b7lacions esportives cobertes, no s’ent\u00e9n ni comparteix que tinguen diferent horari de les quals s\u00f3n a l’aire lliure. L’hora de tancament, hauria de ser la mateixa per a totes, \u00e9s a dir, fins a les 22h, coincidint amb el toc de queda. Els horaris de tancament no poden ser diferents entre usuaris ni amb altres sectors, aix\u00f2 representa una desigualtat arbitr\u00e0ria, un greuge comparatiu i a m\u00e9s d’una infrautilitzaci\u00f3 dels recursos.<\/li>
  5. Va tindre tractament tamb\u00e9 en l’\u00faltima taula de l’esport, la possibilitat d’excepci\u00f3 en l’\u00fas de la m\u00e0scara en activitat f\u00edsica intensa o si hi ha recomanaci\u00f3 m\u00e8dica de no usar-la. Aquest aspecte no el recull l’\u00faltima resoluci\u00f3.<\/li>
  6. Volem traslladar la nostra preocupaci\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 per la poca cobertura jur\u00eddica que s’est\u00e0 donant a les activitats esportives destinades a poblacions especials (tercera edat, persones amb necessitat d’activitat f\u00edsica per prescripci\u00f3 m\u00e8dica, discapacitats, etc.)<\/li>
  7. Traslladem l’incloure en l’estrat\u00e8gia de vacunaci\u00f3, i d’acord amb la progressiva prioritzaci\u00f3 dels grups de poblaci\u00f3, al personal t\u00e8cnic esportiu que imparteix i dirigeix activitats esportives, entenent-se est, com a personal sociosanitari o com a col\u00b7lectiu en actiu amb una funci\u00f3 essencial per a la societat.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Sol\u00b7licitem per tant:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Que aquestes q\u00fcestions s’atenguen com m\u00e9s prompte millor, donat l’enorme mal que est\u00e0 patint el sector esportiu valenci\u00e0, font generadora de salut, benestar social, integraci\u00f3, envelliment actiu, motor econ\u00f2mic i d’ocupaci\u00f3.<\/li>
    2. Per tant, entenem urgent que es convoque taula de l’esport, per a valorar les mesures adoptades i ampliar tant horaris com aforaments en totes les pr\u00e0ctiques i instal\u00b7lacions.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
